We loved the friendly and awesome service of all the staff. The hotel was incredibly clean, with daily room cleaning and even free washing service. The free bus to popular destinations like Disneyland and the airport was a huge convenience, and there were many food options across the street. The breakfast was quite good, and we were impressed with the hotel facilities.

One downside of the hotel was its distance from downtown. It took around 1.5 hours to reach popular spots like Nanjing Road by train and about 50 minutes by car.

During my New Year stay at the hotel, I did appreciate the cleanliness. The housekeeping team kept my room tidy and smelling nice. The breakfast was great, and it really helped me jump start my day. , I liked how the hotel offered free shuttle services to different key locations which saved me a considerable amount of transportation expenses.

The hotel was not conveniently located near the city center, which made it challenging to enjoy the New Year festivities around the town. the shuttle service only ran on a fixed schedule, and it was too full at times to accommodate all the guests who needed to go to their destinations, leading to extreme inconveniences.
